so, i keep in touch with some people, and some not. lately i've fallen out of touch with pretty much everyone. it's hard to tell each and everyone about my life, as there is always something new happening, even though i personally don't take it into account. because i barely write here, most of you don't know what's going on in my life. i'll write in english, as some of my friends want to improve their language skill, and this would be a great exercise for them.
so i decided to write first about the place i work at. most of my friends are very passionate about one thing or another: some are into politics, some are straight edge, some are vegan/vegetarian, some are involved in certain groups, etc. there was a time in my life a year ago, when i had to find a new job, and my ex-managers fiance offered me a job at a place called PATAGONIA. patagonia has a very rich history, so it is useless for me to go into describing what it is, and how it works. it's one of the 3 best corporations to work for, it is environmentally friendly, customers and employees are treated with respect. overall, you can read about the message, about the company, about the goals and everything on the website www.patagonia.com. i understand it is not the most available product, but this is a retail job i'd rather have. all of you can benefit from the information provided through the company, we all try to make people aware of the situation in the world, encourage everyone to get involved with environmentalism in their own way. corporations are not necessarily an evil machine of destruction, but rather something else. patagonia is a great example of that.
ps. it is not just the environmentalism we are concerned with, but there is an important issue of social responsibility. if any of you is interested, google any of your questions, watch some videos made about and for the company. you'll be pleasantly surprised at how not just we, individuals can make a change, but such big corporations, that have a right and clear goal, can make a difference within the corporation society.
